Research/Observation Methods

Seafloor topography was measured from 2013 to 2016 in sea area around Qaanaaq in northwestern Greenland. A small ship with a total length of about 6 m was used to assemble a metal pipe at the rear of the ship, and a vibrator (Aimar B175L (frequency 50 kHz)) was attached to the side of the ship. The sonar body used HDS 9 Gen 2 manufactured by Lowrance. The ship's speed during sounding was 10-12 km / h, and depth and position data were acquired every second.

Research/Observation Methods

Seafloor topography was measured from 2013 to 2016 in a fjord in front of the Bowdoin Glacier in northwestern Greenland.
