Science Summary (common)

[purpose] To study ion-neutral coupling in the ionosphere-thermosphere with the simultaneous observation of Fabry-Perot Interferometers and other instruments [outline] We measure neutral wind in the thermosphere from the observation with Fabry-Perot Interferometers at Poker Flat Research Range and Eagle Observatory, and deduce the influence in the neutral dynamics from auroral heating.
